We will deal with all the paperwork on your behalf and fill in Section 9 of the logbook. It is your responsibility to send this off to the DVLA in Swansea and strongly suggest that you send it via recorded delivery. Once the DVLA have received this documentation, the car will no longer be in your name, although we will accept all responsibility for the vehicle on the date of collection.

For anyone who would prefer that we environmentally scrap their vehicle, it would be disposed via a licensed Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF) completely free of charge. An official Certificate of Destruction would then be sent to you in the post, which may possibly be used as part of the scrappage scheme as per the terms and conditions of your preferred dealership.
